    We have designed our hosting architecture from the ground up to be compartmentalized, and as such, an issue with only one customer's server is not news worth telling on a public status page. When there is an issue impacting a larger group of people, we will be reporting on it.

    Pagely will be conducting online database migrations for some VPS-hosted apps in the us-west-2 (Oregon) region beginning Wednesday, July 29th, 2024 at 8PM Mountain Standard Time and lasting for a period of three (3) hours. Please note that this does not affect all VPS customers in the Oregon region except for those using shared database resources and that this is a per-application designation, so some of your sites may be related to the maintenance while others might remain unaffected. To find out if this maintenance relates to your application(s), please review the DB_HOST parameter inside of wp-config-hosting.php for the following reference:

    During this time, Pagely will be migrating databases using this RDS resource to a new shared AWS Aurora-based RDS resource for better performance, clustering and deeper insights and usage statistics. During the three (3) hour maintenance window, your site could experience downtime however this should be unlikely. While databases are being migrated, any cached content will continue to serve without issue.

    Resolved - Amazon Web Services resolved the DNS issue in Virginia region. All Pagely services are operating normally

    Monitoring - Amazon Web Services reported about DNS lookup failures in the US-EAST-1 Region since 2:11 AM PDT. Pagely customer websites located in Virginia region could notice an increased response time. Amazon is already implementing a mitigation to the increased DNS resolution in a single Availability Zone in the US-EAST-1 Region
